Maggie Cargill
Actor
Maggie Cargill is an improviser, actor and singer who has been playing since 2006. She completed training programs with The KC Improv Company, The Improv Shop - KC, and attended intensive workshops with ImprovBoston and iO. In addition to performing in Kansas City, Maggie also trained, produced shows and performed improv in Wellington, New Zealand.
Maggie has been a part of several professional groups and productions including ComedyCity, S!NG The Improvised Musical, and The Young and the WIT-less: An Improvised Soap Opera. Maggie has performed all over the midwest with her musical improv team, RadioOctave, at improv festivals in Kansas City, St Louis, Omaha and Green Bay, with a personal invitation to perform at the Chicago Musical Improv Festival.
Maggie’s truest love on stage is musical improv. She hopes to always bring the thrill and joy of made-up-on-the-spot Broadway to audiences in Kansas City and beyond.
In her remaining free time, Maggie hangs with her cats, Winnie and Vagabond. She also plays role playing games (table-top and video game), and competes in KC Crew’s Karaoke League. Yes, it’s a real thing.
